MONTH END - DONE MONTHLY Organising and running Month-end meetings Locking and unlocking Syspro and sending out passwords Updating of Surcharge rates schedules and update via SQL - columbus Surcharge calculation - current month end Surcharge revaluation calculation - New month (Simulation and Final Calc) Surcharge update - TN80 and TN81 WIP valuation and WIP recon Sales recon Debtors age analysis - Rolling to new month and refresh Tooling sales check PPV - commentary (done weekly and at month end) Other income check - (weekly and at month end) Trident VD request and check Labour calculations and journals for the below: - NTP and Die Repair (now done weekly as well) -Bonus and Leave - MIBCO Pricing amortisation calculations and journals Creditors Accruals and Reversals Intercompany - Cost Centre 35 and IT shared services journals Management fees journals Overheads journals AIS report Monthly intercompany journals - calculations and invoicing. Preparing the MIBCO prov calculation Managing of Customs claims Utilities maintaining -Electricity: -Verifiying meter readings to the meter pictures Updating of electricity schedule and sending to relevant managers - Checking of rental and utilities invoiced by landlord monthly - Agreeing invoice to electriciy schedule (readings) REPORTING: Preparing of management account excel packs for submission to holding company Preparing the sales tables of actual vs budget for commentary for the packs Preparing the commentary for the monthly Business Unit packs AIS report PPV - commentary (done weekly and at month end) OTHER Transfers of transactions eg scrap sales, diesel borrowed between the two companies Scrapping of obsolete stock in the system Reviewing and reconciling of balance sheet reconciliations: - Accruals - Other amounts receivable - Credit note provisions - Payroll recon Maintaining of Capex register: - Issuing of Capex forms Attending to adhoc requests from manager and other departments. Attending Stock takes PRICING - (MONTHLY & ON-REQUEST) Updating of prices - selling and unit costs - at month end and during the month Investigating route cause and liasing with commercial department re- PPV and any pricing issues Attending the pricing alignment meetings - Tuesday Calculation of any pricing provisions and impact on profit and updating of these provisions on a weekly basis - Line 23 (Sales Rebates) Running the cost implosion in the system for stock cost updates AIS - DONE
