CONTRACTOR: MANAGER MASTER DATA

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Manage the SAP SD customer master & ensure data integrity

• Ensure customer master supports all company operational systems, as the only customer info source

• Ensure Data Accuracy / validation consistency across all platforms - Vehicle & Parts SAP, Vendor Master, e-One, Sales Plus and Public Websites.

• Data Analysis & Audits / Resolve Data issues

• Develop & maintain the customer master to company required standards

• Manage System changes / support development relating to Customer Master

• Compliance of systems, data, and governance across projects, particularly Guest data (POPIA) & SOX

• SOTERION – Manage SAP CM User Access

• Communicate Master Data Changes to all Business Process Owners

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• I.T Qualification – NQF level 6 (360 credits)

• SAP sales & distribution module

• SAP SD – customer master

• Database experience

• Adobe

• Min 5 years in Business workplace

• Systems development experience

• High level of Computer literacy

COMPETENCIES:

• People skills

• Attention to detail

• Project management experience will be an advantage

• Dealership knowledge will be an advantage

• Short term project coordination

• Daily & Weekly project status tracking

• Monthly cross functional project status tracking
