JOB DESCRIPTION:

CONTRACTOR: MANAGER MASTER DATA

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Manage the SAP SD customer master & ensure data integrity
Ensure customer master supports all company operational systems, as the only customer info source
Ensure Data Accuracy / validation consistency across all platforms - Vehicle & Parts SAP, Vendor Master, e-One, Sales Plus and Public Websites.
Data Analysis & Audits / Resolve Data issues
Develop & maintain the customer master to company required standards
Manage System changes / support development relating to Customer Master
Compliance of systems, data, and governance across projects, particularly Guest data (POPIA) & SOX
SOTERION – Manage SAP CM User Access
Communicate Master Data Changes to all Business Process Owners

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

I.T Qualification – NQF level 6 (360 credits)
SAP sales & distribution module
SAP SD – customer master
Database experience
Adobe
Min 5 years in Business workplace
Systems development experience
High level of Computer literacy

COMPETENCIES:

People skills
Attention to detail
Project management experience will be an advantage
Dealership knowledge will be an advantage

Macro Planning Time Horizon: 1-2years

Micro Planning Time Horizon:

Short term project coordination
Daily & Weekly project status tracking
Monthly cross functional project status tracking
