SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Managing Director to lead a leading fertilizer mixing and distribution company in the Free State. This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded leader with a passion for people, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications.
Minimum 10 years’ executive management experience, ideally in the fertilizer or agricultural sector.
Proven track record in aligning strategic, operational, and financial goals.
Strong commercial, financial, and leadership acumen.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
Ethical, principled, and able to manage conflict constructively.
Deep understanding of the South African agricultural landscape.
