MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator with PA responsibilities to support our marketing function and assist the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for both creative marketing and efficient executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media)
- Update website and social media platforms with relevant content
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports
- Coordinate marketing materials and supplier communication
- Help manage event logistics and branded merchandise
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks or liaise with design vendors
- Maintain marketing calendars and deadlines
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage the Managing Director’s diary, travel, and meeting arrangements
- Draft and respond to emails, reports, and internal communications
- Screen calls and handle follow-ups professionally
- Maintain office filing systems and confidential records
- Prepare documentation and presentations as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric + relevant qualification in Marketing, Communication, or Administration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing support or coordinator role
- Previous PA or executive assistant experience advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mail chimp, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management
