Job description:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Responsible for feasibility studies for new campuses and offerings and drafting feasibility motivations
  • Reviews and advises on campus profitability.
  • Reviews and proposes fee structure in line with the Company's strategy.
  • Undertake Due Diligence as required for new brand acquisitions.

• Budget Management
  • Compile the annual budgets and update this as required.
  • Monitor and track performance against budget and liase with Deans and budget managers in this regard.
  • Manage variances in actual vs. budget expenditure in all areas of accountability.
  • Manage the collections team when it comes to revenue collection and outstanding payments.
  • Manage Capex, in line with budgets and profitability ensuring accurate completion and proper authorisation.
  • Implement an appropriate financial reporting and cash flow management plan to support the achievement of Company's strategy.
  • Collate and analyse financial performance information.
  • Ensure reports are produced accurately and disseminated timeously monthly, quarterly, and annually.
