SUMMARY:
Looking for a seasoned PR agency-leader. My client will only consider a candidate with a proven track record in business developments within Senior client-facing positions in the PR agency landscape with an incredible ability to manage business and lead, inspire & grow individuals.

POSITION INFO:

Ideally you have had your own business- a successful Communications consultancy or PR agency or been involved in the running of a smaller PR agency.

• Hands on experience with cost control and income growth 
• In this role you will be expected to oversee the management of the income for all Client accounts as well as manage and control Client and project profitability.
• Understand the role of communication within the broader business context facilitating the evolution of the client relationship from one of advertising supplier to that of marketing communication partner and Brand Leader
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the production processes and costs
• Deliver business initiatives that enhance the development of skills, knowledge and good practice
• Implement change within the business to achieve operational excellence
• Explore and secure opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling
• Foster good relationships across the agency departments
• Lead & drive integration between various agencies working on the Client''s account
