Job Description
This Freight Sales Executive role reporting to the Director is a challenging and exciting role, giving you the opportunity to show your abilities and attributes.
You will be responsible for developing overall business in the logistical market by effective and profitable management including negotiations with existing and potential high-profile customers. You will be required to build and maintain client relationships, assess client specific needs, promote and sell logistic services and maintain sales goals and objectives.
You Responsibilities:
- Meet the sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Assume responsibility for every aspect of freight supply chain; ensure correct and on time collection and delivery of products
- Provide technical advice on application of products/services
- In-depth knowledge of speciality products/services and their application
Qualifications
- Relevant Sales, Marketing or Logistics Qualification
Skills
You will have at least 3 years'' experience in Business Development within the Freight Logistics Sector and have:
- Ability to enter new markets
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Code B drivers'' license and own transport
