MECHANICAL ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER (OLIFANTSFONTEIN, GAUTENG)

SUMMARY:
A mechanical component refurbishing company within Olifantsfontein, Gauteng is on the lookout for a suitably skilled / qualified Mechanical Engineer / Project Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Projects Diploma and experience an added advantage
• Previous work experience at Eskom
• Experience in general manufacturing and maintenance
• Engineering workshop, machining and grinding experience
• Experience working with ISO 9001 quality management system
• Basic CAD experience
• Microsoft Office
• Be able to use all mechanical measuring equipment
• Understand and interpret technical drawings
• Understanding of basic welding processes
• Able to travel on short notice, throughout the country, Southern Africa, and Zambia
• Knowledge and experience in surface engineering and coatings (preferable)
• Understanding of Breakdowns in the power generation industry
• Exposure to sales processes beneficial
• Own Transport
