SUMMARY:
A well-established and highly reputable organisation within the defence and advanced manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled and driven Project Engineer to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

This role is suited to a technically strong engineer with proven experience in defence or military vehicle projects who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment.

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

BEng Mechanical or BEng Mechatronic Engineering (essential)
3–7 years’ experience in a Project Engineering role
Proven experience within the defence industry and/or military vehicle environment (essential)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems integration and engineering drawings
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
Ability to work within a regulated, high-compliance environment
Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to production
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, production, procurement, and quality
Oversee system integration and vehicle-level project execution
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, cost, and compliance requirements
Identify and mitigate technical and project risks
Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence
