Profile

• You must be certified, and *BIG registered (further information below)
• VOG Police Clearance Certificate required
• Relevant Qualification/Degree
• Active HPCSA Registration
• Fluent English.
• You will also be required to pass a Dutch Language Test.
• A BIG registration as a general practitioner and a VOG (Certificate of Good Standing)
• At least two years of work experience within the field and affinity with COVID-19 and elderly care.
• Good communication skills, including written reporting and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in a limited way outside office hours (for example, on weekends).
• In possession of a driver's license and own transport and the necessary vaccinations against hepatitis B.

Because this is not a quick application process, it is essential that the applicant is motivated and determined to go through the Qualification Recognition and Emigration Process. It can take anything from 12 - 24 months, COVID Permitted.

Ideally, you need to be BIG registered. However, If you do not have a BIG registration, they are willing to assist you with your BIG registration.

A step-by-step plan for BIG Registration:

1. Recognising your qualification by means of applying for a certificate of professional competence

• Send application & accompanying documents
• Assessment of diploma & course overviews
• Dutch Language test Language Level B2/C1
• Obtain AKV test (general knowledge and skills)
• Obtain Professional assessment
• Assessment Committee and Decision
