SUMMARY:
Oversee all matters relating to the MIT Professional Services team and manage our Professional services team. Professional Services Manager will work collaboratively with new clients, the MIT Management team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of new products to all MIT customers.

POSITION INFO:

Job Objectives

Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical Professional/IT staff
Provide guidance and insight to upper management
Provide Project Reports and ensure team KPI’s are met
Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
Oversee project operations and ensure that product deliverables are met.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the members of the Technical Team reporting to you.
Work closely with the MIT Support manager during all phases of the implementation of a project
Liaise with PMO team on new and current projects, ensure OLA’s are setup and being met.
Find new and innovative ways to bring implementation cost and turnaround times down

Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)

AZ 300, AZ 301
Vmware VCADBT (Associate Certification (VCA))
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
Project Management certification
Server Experience. 2012 R2 and above – 5 Years
Networking Experience – 5 Years
Office 365 Experience – 5 Years
Fortigate Experience – 5 Years
Veeam Backup solutions experience – 3 Years
Altaro Backup solutions experience – 3 Years
Azure Experience – 2 Years
