Job Description

Manage the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise project teams, including technicians and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules, monitoring adherence to financial constraints and timelines.
Ensure that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and progress evaluations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed

Qualifications

Relevant Diploma in appropriate field of study

Skills

3-5 Years Technical Experience in project management
Relationship building with stakeholders
