JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is positioned as the “Digitalisation partner of choice” for their customers to embark on and take advantage of the Fourth Industrial Revolution journey.

Purpose of the role:

Consulting and supporting clients with any issues relating to Dynamics ERP or third-party products.
Helping with support calls that the company receives and trying to resolve the issues as quickly as possible
Giving feedback on all work done to the appropriate persons and recording work done on 4Sight 4Flow.

Qualifications:

Tertiary Qualification
All Dynamics ERP consultants will be required to complete and maintain their Microsoft Certifications.

Experience Required:

Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients.
Experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level.
A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships.
Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry.
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of AccTech products and offerings.
