POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

- Design and implement intelligent solutions, including chatbots (voice and text-based).
- Build and maintain robust machine learning models using Python.
- Work closely with QA systems to ensure performance, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and integrate APIs to ensure seamless system interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation to life.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You Bring:
- Solid experience in machine learning / AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python – must be hands-on.
- Experience developing and refining chatbots (both voice-enabled and scripted).
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance systems and testing processes.
- Knowledge of APIs and system integration.
- Exposure to or background in financial services is a plus.
- Thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment.
- A sharp, agile mindset with a flair for innovation and real-time problem solving.
