POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: We are looking for a machine shop supervisor responsible for the following roles Managing 10 machinists and apprentices. Machine set up and Mastercam programming Planning daily production and machine loading. Supervising CNC lathes, machining centres and manual machines. Quality control and first-off inspections. Tooling selection and tool life management. Production scheduling and on-time delivery. Health and safety compliance. Machine maintenance coordination. Staff training and performance management. Continuous improvement (5S, lean manufacturing, OEE).
