Maintenance & Facilities Manager – H26033

Based: Groblersbrug, Limpopo

Salary: (R20 000 – R24 000)

Requirements and Duties:

Oversee full maintenance operations of a lodge property
Ensure buildings, infrastructure & grounds meet top hospitality standards
Manage preventative & reactive maintenance schedules
Supervise maintenance teams & external contractors
Allocate tasks, manage rosters & provide training
Handle procurement, stock control & supplier management
Monitor budgets & control maintenance costs
Ensure compliance with OHSA, fire safety & environmental regulations
Oversee landscaping, waste management & sustainability initiatives
Respond promptly to guest maintenance concerns
Minimise downtime & ensure seamless guest experiences
Proven maintenance management experience (hospitality preferred)
Strong electrical, plumbing & building systems knowledge
Valid driver’s license & flexible availability required
