SUMMARY:
This opportunity is for suitably qualified individuals to support the department to meet its objectives so as to contribute positively to the overall company objectives.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

Maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on robots, PLCs, motors, hoists, conveyors, and other plant equipment
Monitoring production equipment condition and make improvements
Compiling reports on departmental activities and performance
Ensuring relevant ISO (e.g. 14001, IATF16949 etc.) requirements are met
Create/maintain maintenance schedules and work procedures/ processes (including preventative maintenance)
Conduct training on new processes/product introduction
Participation in corrective, preventive and improvement projects
Implement kaizen and cost improvement activities
Participate in quality improvement activities

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education level: Millwright qualification
At least 5 years work experience (post qualification)
Experience with PLCs
Ability to work shifts, overtime, and stand-by as and when required
Accurate information gathering and analysis
Awareness of company mission
Awareness of situations and decisiveness
Communication and sharing of mid-term plans
Creation of innovative visions
Establishing framework and system for organisation review
Perseverance
Establishment of objective project results review
