POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Degree: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
GCC (Factories) - GMR 2.1 Appointment

10 Years Experience in a Heavy Engineering Industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Develop / implement maintenance strategies

2) Improve equipment reliability, sustainability and reduce costs
3) Ensure safe, efficient & accurate maintenance of equipment
4) Engineering support - mechanical and electrical
5) Preventative maintenance programs

6) Major and annual Shutdown planning

7) Managing / completing maintenance & repair requests

8) Talent development / succession planning
9) Regular maintenance reports
10) ID / Manage contractors & suppliers
11) H&S Compliance, Risk assessments, Audits, ID high-risk areas
12) Monitor technical developments / implement improvements / projects
13) Budgets & Procurement

14) Adherence to Occupational and Environmental Safety Health Administration standards
