Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and logs.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that machinery is operating efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably within the steel or heavy manufacturing industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications are desirable.
