Maintenance Manager

SUMMARY:
An exclusive luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all property upkeep, infrastructure, and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventative and reactive maintenance across all lodge facilities
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repairs
• Maintain generators, water systems, vehicles, and other equipment
• Lead and train the maintenance team, ensuring high service standards
• Work closely with management to ensure seamless guest experiences

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ lodge or hotel maintenance management experience
• Strong technical background (plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to live on-site in a remote bush environment
