We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong technical aptitude, solid leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset to ensure uninterrupted production and world‑class maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the entire maintenance department and maintenance program
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
• Perform emergency repairs during and outside production hours
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulic systems
• Perform machinist duties where required
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and electrical diagrams
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external technicians for effective problem resolution
• Utilize preventative maintenance software, update schedules, and track activity
• Mentor, train, and upskill maintenance technicians
• Support onboarding of new technical staff
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture

• Qualified Electrician, Millwright, or Engineering professional
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Manager
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with:
• HVAC systems
• Pneumatics
• PLCs
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work overtime and outside normal hours when required
• Positive, mentoring leadership style with a team‑first mindset
