Maintenance Manager

SUMMARY:
My client a warehousing service provider is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will be  responsible for 14 Trucks, 20 Trailers, 4 Excavators, 6 FELs, and LDVs

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Previous experience in bulk Manganese and maintenance
• Previous working experience as a Maintenance Manager for 5 year(s)
• Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects 
• Applicable knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• 95% availability maintained on all assets
• Regular asset inspections (MCAs) for own fleet and subs (per schedule)
• Providing authorization to work
• Planned maintenance and repairs
• Unplanned maintenance / breakdowns
• Storeroom inventory management
