Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

• BSc or BTech Degree or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Gov’t Certificate of Competence - Factories
• 8+ years’ experience in manufacturing machinery maintenance
• Continuous improvement knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with systems would be an advantage (Maximo;AMP/TQ)

KPAs:

• Ensure the plant realises maintenance full potential and areas for improvement are identified
• Adhere to and promote SHERQ & Food Safety standards
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure safety, efficiency, quality control, budgetary control, service, and cost-effective management of resources
• Ensure that each area of plant is maintained to achieve maximum availability and equipment capacity cost effectively
• Manage the implementation of effective risk mitigation measures to reduce quality incidents to zero major or repeat findings during audits and inspections
