Requirements:

BSc or BTech Degree or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Gov’t Certificate of Competence - Factories
8+ years’ experience in manufacturing machinery maintenance
Continuous improvement knowledge and experience
Familiarity with systems would be an advantage (Maximo;AMP/TQ)

KPAs:

Ensure the plant realises maintenance full potential and areas for improvement are identified
Adhere to and promote SHERQ & Food Safety standards
Oversee maintenance activities to ensure safety, efficiency, quality control, budgetary control, service, and cost-effective management of resources
Ensure that each area of plant is maintained to achieve maximum availability and equipment capacity cost effectively
Manage the implementation of effective risk mitigation measures to reduce quality incidents to zero major or repeat findings during audits and inspections
