We are seeking a hands-on Senior Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of production machinery through planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, and machine improvements.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical teams , machinery and warehouse department including spares
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform repairs
• Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage and monitor critical spare parts for machinery
• Assist in reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency
• Support machine changeovers, servicing, and maintenance planning
• Maintain a proactive approach to equipment reliability and maintenance

• Injection moulding machines
• Blow moulding machines
• Filling machines
• Labelling machines
• Soap stamping equipment

• Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred (Diploma, B.Tech)
• Must be a qualified Millwright with Trade Test - Red Seal
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Experience with preventative maintenance and machine servicing
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machinery effectively
• Exposure to automated production equipment advantageous
