SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Maintenance Specialist. This position will be based in the Mooinooi area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

BEng / BSc Mechanical Engineering Degree or National Diploma
4 years relevant experience
Pelletizing sinter plant experience required

KPAs:

Manage SHERQC compliance within the Process through effective use of the Toolbox
Develop maintenance plans (frequencies, maintainable items)
Perform Pareto analyses, correlation analyses and report top 5 chronic losses
Arrange RCFA investigation and facilitate the problem solving session
Recommend best solutions to problems through the change management process
Track Condition Monitoring (CM) results
Ensure sustained FLAC improvements
Manage Continuous Improvement through Operational Excellence
