Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Matric
Must have Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Requirements

Experience as Maintenance Supervisor on Ancillary equipment complying to ISO standards and OSH Act

Duties

Effectively manage the maintenance of all production and ancillary
equipment including spare parts) and to attain high levels of machine availability
Monitor and manage critical spares availability
Ensure compliance with routine maintenance schedules
Conduct root cause analysis on repetitive problems
Comply with ISO requirements
Manage CMMS systems by reviewing and updating schedules to match requirements
Comply with all OSH Act regulations
Manage on site contractors
Control the lock-out procedure
Investigate maintenance safety incidents
