Our client in the Mining industry has an opportunity available for a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical and Mechanical) CU in the Brits area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

N6 certificate
Relevant Trade certificate (Elec & Mech)
3 years relevant experience gained in a heavy Industry / metallurgical environment, with 1 year supervisory experience
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Valid driver''s license - (B/Code 8)
SAP experience

KPAs:

Align the maintenance effort with plant production priorities
Assess risks related to unplanned jobs
Initiate root cause failure analysis
Monitor and ensure strict adherence to maintenance work management principles
Management of artisans and contractors
