Market-related salary + company vehicle & petrol card (R 15 000 CTC – R 20 000 CTC)
 
Our client, a well-established shopfitting and maintenance company based in Centurion, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor / Project Assistant to support and oversee projects on-site.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong maintenance or handyman background, who is comfortable managing teams, working on-site, and assisting with installations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage teams on-site
• Oversee project execution and ensure timelines are met
• Conduct daily site visits and monitor progress
• Coordinate and oversee installations (electrical, maintenance, mechanical)
• Assist with hands-on work where required
• Ensure quality control and problem-solving on-site
• Report back to management on project status
• Travel to sites outside of Gauteng when required

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, or Senior Handyman
• Strong experience in site-based work and project coordination
• Ability to manage teams and work independently
• Comfortable working with tools and assisting with installations
• Strong administrative ability (Sage, Excel & general computer literacy)
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Willing and able to travel
