Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Oversee monthly and quarterly closing processes and ensure accuracy of results
• Drive cost control, governance, and compliance across reporting functions
• Partner with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Lead and support a small team within the finance function

• Education: BCom in Accounting / Finance (NQF 7) essential; CIMA or studying towards CIMA preferred
• Experience: Up to 5 years’ experience in management accounting or financial reporting
• Skills: Strong technical and analytical ability, advanced Excel, and ERP/financial systems knowledge
• Other: Proven ability to communicate effectively across business units and manage multiple priorities
