POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Helping to produce insightful financial reports that guide strategic decision-making
Collaborating with teams across the business to ensure accurate financial data
Driving process improvements and contributing to financial efficiency initiatives

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or working towards a professional qualification like ACCA/CIMA)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
A keen interest in the financial services sector
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Eagerness to learn, grow, and make a real impact
