POSITION INFO:
Our client is a forward-thinking organisation with a footprint across Africa. They’re not just looking for another accountant—they want a strategic partner who can turn data into direction. You’ll be part of a high-performing finance team driving growth across multiple branches, with the chance to visit offices in key African countries a few times a year. If you thrive on variety, challenge, and the occasional stamp in your passport, this one’s calling your name.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes across regions
Lead variance and performance analysis to guide decision-making
Collaborate with operations teams to optimise systems and reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) or CIMA qualification essential
Strong management accounting and analysis background
Proven ability to improve systems, controls, and reporting processes
Experience working across multi-branch or multi-country structures
Advanced Excel and ERP skill
