About the Role:
The role requires strong management accounting fundamentals, with demonstrable experience in costing, contribution analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, divisional management accounts and multi-currency reporting within a manufacturing and export-focus environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Management Reporting
Prepare monthly divisional management accounts with clear, accurate and insightful commentary
Prepare and coordinate annual budgets and periodic forecasts
Contribution and costing Analysis
Provide management accounting support to foreign distribution entities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement

Requirements:

CA(SA) or CIMA (Completed) is essential or equivalent international equivalents
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis,
Experience in export-oriented businesses advantageous.
ERP experience (Syspro, MS Dynamic 365 - Business Central, or similar).
Power BI / reporting tools advantageous.
Strong management and cost accounting knowledge
Commercially aware and business-minded
