Our client, a progressive and impact-driven organisation based in Pretoria North, is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insightful financial reporting, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reports. Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Support the development of data-driven reporting and analytics capabilities. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment. Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and reporting standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function. Contribute to the integration of AI and advanced analytics into financial processes and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders. Analyse financial trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance. Assist with strategic planning and long-term financial modelling initiatives. Support the optimisation of reporting processes and management information systems Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is essential. Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience. Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting. Exposure to environmental or related industries will be highly advantageous. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting and presenting financial data. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities. Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, evolving, and innovation-driven environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
