SUMMARY:
Are you a newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with 1–2 years of post-articles experience and a passion for strategic financial management?

POSITION INFO:
Our client, a dynamic and diversified group of companies, is looking for a driven Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting financial decision-making across the group.

Your duties will include:

ð Group Consolidations:
- Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly group financial consolidations.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple entities and business units.
ð Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process across the group.
- Develop rolling forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic planning.
ð Management Accounts:
- Compile and present monthly management accounts with detailed commentary.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
ð Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support business units with financial modelling and scenario planning.

Requirements:

â CA(SA) qualification with 1–2 years post-articles experience.
â Proven experience in group consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
â Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
â Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
â Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
