SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Johannesburg South, is seeking a highly competent and driven Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) with a passion for operational finance, costing, and driving business performance within a stockâintensive environment.

POSITION INFO:
ð£ Vacancy: Management Accountant (CA(SA)) – Manufacturing
ð Location: Johannesburg South
ð¼ Employment Type: Permanent
ð° Salary: R 800 000 per annum (Negotiable)

ð Key Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 2 years postâarticles experience
Prior exposure within a stock-related or manufacturing/production environment
Costing experience (product costing, BOMs, standard costing, and variance analysis) will be highly advantageous
Strong analytical ability and excellent Excel/ERP system skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

ð§¾ Responsibilities:

Full management accounting function, including:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Stock analysis, reconciliations, and stock optimisation reporting
Product costing and margin analysis
Monitoring and reporting on production efficiencies
Variance analysis and identification of cost-saving opportunities
Supporting operational teams with data-driven insights

Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information to support decision-making

Confident communicator who can partner with operations and senior management
Proactive, deadline-driven, and eager to grow within a manufacturing environment
