Are you a D Level Management Accountant in the mining industry looking for your next career move? As one of South Africa’s largest mining companies in Rustenburg, you can be assured that this is a company that will invest in your career.

As Management Accountant you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Implement and maintain adequate financial and budgetary controls

Compile budgets, monthly reports, variance analysis, forecasting and planning

Ensure that actual costs are allocated to the correct cost centres

Collect and coordinate budget/forecasting inputs

Analysis and evaluation of business processes

Provide an auditing and mentoring function

Projects / new initiatives

Manage all people management systems and processes

Constantly seek opportunities to limit cost increases

Education:

Degree Finance or Cost and Management Accounting

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years’ experience working in the mining industry

EE candidates preferred

SAP experience would be advantageous

Operational / Shaft experience
