Property Accountant

SUMMARY:
We are a growing property management company seeking a highly trustworthy and detail-oriented Property Accountant to take full responsibility for our financial processes, based in Rustenburg Northwest.
This role is critical to the business and requires a strong sense of accountability, accuracy, and integrity

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Full financial processing for sectional title and HOA portfolios
• Managing trust and operational accounts
• Ensuring all payments are supported by valid invoices
• Monthly reconciliations and reporting
• Budget preparation and financial oversight
• Audit preparation and compliance
• Assisting with PPRA compliance requirements

• Qualification in Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeping
• Experience in property management accounting (highly advantageous)
• Strong understanding of trust accounts
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Willingness to complete PPRA registration / NQF Level 4 (if not already obtained)
