SUMMARY:
Stunning Modern Bush Lodge is looking for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
Intimate Boutique Bush Lodge sleeps a maximum of 14 guests at a time. Completely off the grid with a solar plant on-site (backup generator) and borehole water.

Candidate requirements;

• Previous lodge management experience (min. 5 years’ experience)
• Guide must have min of FGASA Level 2/NQF4 (must be current)
• First Aid Level 1 (min requirement)
• PDP (must be current)
• Excellent admin skills
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to manage staff and the lodge daily
• Great customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of boreholes, solar system, and generator (would be beneficial)
• Qualifications for the lodge manager
• First Aid Level 1 (min requirement)

• Management couple to live on site in a newly built 2-bedroom house with open plan kitchen/lounge and covered patio.
• Bathrooms are en-suite.
• Small office.
• The second bedroom may need to be occupied by another staff member/relief guide, or manager.
• Covered carport.
• 6 week on 2 week off work rotation

• No kids, but may consider if the kids are in high school and attend boarding school
• No pets
