Management Couple

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established lodge, is seeking a Management Couple to join their team in the following roles:

Positions Available

• Food and Beverage Manager – R16 000 CTC per month
• Housekeeping Manager / Manager on Duty (MOD) – R14 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Hospitality qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
• 3 Years’ experience in a housekeeping / food and beverage supervisory or management role, preferably within a lodge or hotel environment
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, stock control, cost management, and staff supervision
• Strong operational knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
• Computer literacy essential, including: Point of Sale, Stock control systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to live on-site
