POSITION: MANAGEMENT COUPLE
CAMP MANAGER & RESERVATIONS / ADMIN
ABOUT POSITION:

A luxury safari lodge in the Hoedspruit region is seeking an experienced Management Couple to oversee the day-to-day operation of the property.

The couple will be appointed across two complementary roles, with one partner responsible for overall camp management and the other handling reservations and administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on couple who enjoy working together in a safari lodge environment.

POSITION INFO:
CAMP MANAGER - REQUIREMENTS: RSA ID and legal residence essential Proven lodge or camp management experience Strong operational and leadership skills Excellent guest relations and communication abilities Experience managing and motivating staff Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to oversee day-to-day lodge operations independently Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality Computer literate RESERVATIONS \/ ADMIN - REQUIREMENTS: RSA ID and legal residence essential Previous reservations and\/or hospitality administration experience Strong computer and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Experience with reservations systems advantageous Professional and guest-focused approach Ability to work independently and support the Camp Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Camp Manager Oversee the daily operation of the lodge Manage and motivate the lodge team Ensure exceptional guest service and operational standards Handle guest relations and resolve queries professionally Monitor property standards, maintenance, and general operations Manage staff, rosters, and operational administration Reservations \/ Admin Manage reservations and guest bookings Handle guest and agent correspondence Maintain accurate reservations and administrative records Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general administration Coordinate guest arrivals and departures Support the Camp Manager with the day-to-day administration of the lodge PACKAGE: Combined package: R36,000 - R40,000 per month Live-in accommodation provided LOCATION: Hoedspruit - Limpopo
