JOB SUMMARY:
My client is currently recruiting for a target driven Manager for a Pawn Shop. They are a well-established company in Botswana and expanding their territory to Montana, Pretoria. The successful candidate must come from a similar background with more than 5 years’ experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.

Basic software skills such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
Beneficial: Facebook proficiency.
Previous knowledge of the short term finance industry.
Beneficial: Financial Background.
Essential: Valid Drivers’ Licence.
Must be willing to travel in the Gauteng Area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily business operations.
Responsible to Travel.
Tasked with negotiating deals.
Responsible to handle customer complaints.
Deal with Sales Agent and Repossession Agents.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analysing accounting and financial data.

Additional Information:

Training will be provided to ensure standards of compliance with the NCR is upheld.
