Manager Business Continuity Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Manager Business Continuity Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing continuity plans for Group Fintech and its Fincos and ensuring business continuation in the event of disruptions or disasters. Measures of success include defining and implementing business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management plans, length of recovery time taken, and adherence to Service Level Agreements established. The incumbent must ensure financial loss is minimized or eliminated and critical customer service capabilities remain operational.
