Manager: Commercial Leasing

SUMMARY:

A leader in its industry is currently seeking for a Manager: Commercial Leasing to join their dynamic team.

The core function of this role is to manage and provide oversight to the Commercial Leasing department, ensure that vacancies are reduced, quality service is maintained, and that all leasing activity remain compliant to company systems and policies

POSITION INFO:

The successful applicant duties include but is not limited to:

-Manage and provide oversight to the Commercial Leasing department to ensure that vacancies are reduced, quality service is maintained, and that all leasing activity remain compliant to company systems and policies
-Oversee and guide the leasing team to ensure that all set targets and conversion rates are achieved through new deals and retained tenants.
-Ensure that the team actively source new deals (Cold calling, Canvassing, walking the streets).
-Manage the relationship with clients to ensure ongoing business.
-Management of CRM module/prospective tenants by ensuring the team are continuously updating the status of the leads.
-Manage all Broker relationships and processes.
 
Minimum Requirements:
-A relevant qualification in Marketing & Sales or business-related qualification is required.
-Estate Agencies Affairs Board Competency Certificate (NQF Level 4) or Fidelity Fund Certificate is advantages.
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leasing managerial role
