POSITION INFO:

A well established company within the Insurance industry is seeking the expertise of a Corporate Affairs Manager to join their team in JHB West. The role will have a focus on Corporate Identity, Brand Position and Value, Stakeholder Relations and Communications operating in a Financial Services environment.

The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include

Developing and Managing the Corporate Affairs Strategy
Build strategic relations with stakeholders and members
Manage Corporate Affairs and Events
Deal with all Internal Communications including Copyright aspects as well as External Communications Website and Social Media
Media Relations, Print Media and Queries
Responsible for Publications including developing, writing, collating, editing and producing
Budgeting

Qualification

Degree in Journalism or Communications (preferred)

Experience

5+ years’ experience as a Corporate Affairs Manager
5+ years’ experience within the Financial Sector
Experience with Corporate Affairs, Stakeholder Management and Communications

Skills Required

Numeracy and Literacy Skills
Compiling and Managing Budgets
Writing Skills
Excellent knowledge of the Financial Sector
