JOB SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Manager Finishing in Pretoria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage daily staff time & attendance, staff requirements and issues and ensure that employees comply with company policy and procedures.
Submit all relevant documentation from employees to HR. (Leave applications, sick notes, grievances, disciplinary documentation etc.)
Health and safety regulations.
SHE reps
Manage daily finishing & QC production, production targets.
Manage receiving of jobs from welding dept in accordance with job cards and client production system.
QC inspection, sandblasting and powder coating.
NCR documentation.
Ensure all job cards and production documentation are completed daily and internal production system is updated.
Oversee and manage all finishing and quality procedures for all prototypes and report difficulties and discrepancies to senior management.
Monthly stock takes of all WIP and ready for powder coating stock.
5 years experience in a sheet metal production manufacturing environment (or similar).
Good working knowledge of welding, steel fabrication / vehicle body building / related sheet metal fabrication.
