JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Banking Industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Manager: Governance and Monitory Services (Security) in the Tshwane area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Security, Security Risk Management (NQF 7) or an equivalent qualification
10 years’ working experience in security, compliance and security risk management (preferably with experience in the financial services and cash management sector)
With at least 5 years’ experience in a management capacity
Strong background in physical security assessments, compliance, security risk management, governance and standards development will be advantageous
Good working knowledge of security investigations and relevant legislation
Strong grounding in modern security technology and practises
Project management experience
Advanced report writing and product quality management (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to manage diverse teams and manage relationships with highly diverse business groupings and client interests
Ability to manage both strategic interaction as well as operational/technical processes
Quality assurance knowledge and skills
Knowledge of converged security
Security risk assessment knowledge
Infrastructure design and development skill
Information management skills

KPAs:

Manage the physical security assessment programme and related services to ensure that the Group's security readiness is appropriately assessed
Manage the Group Security compliance function to ensure alignment with relevant legislation as well as the internal policy and governance framework
Manage Group Security investigations and support the investigations governance framework
Ensure that the Group's security policy, standards and governance processes are managed
Ensure that Group's integrated security risk reporting processes are managed and coordinated
Analyse and provide management information with regard to overall security readiness, governance and compliance assessment programmes
