SUMMARY:
An established and proudly South African insurance company that is active in the Life, Funeral and Savings market is seeking to appoint a Manager: Learning Projects who will manage all FAIS and outsourced learning. The role is based in Menlyn.

POSITION INFO:
The major responsibilities of the Manager: Learning Projects role are:

Manage outsourced learning projects including programmes such as assertiveness, business English and report writing; Learnerships and workplace qualification programs; MDP (management development programs); e-assessment and e-learning on e-learning system.
Facilitate presentation skills workshops
Manage FAIS learning projects (consult and advise on FAIS Fit and Proper requirements)
Manage learning intervention administration
Assist with organizational development projects
Monitor FAIS employee representative supervision
TCF (Treat clients fairly)

Essential requirements to be considered for interview:

HR degree or related qualification at NQF 7 level.
OD-ETDP NQF 5 (training qualification)
4 years of training and development experience in similar environment
2 years experience managing people
2 years of project management experience

This role will suit a Senior Training and Development professional who understands the critical learning and development needs in an insurance environment, who is a good communicator and can bring energy to the role. This role is based in Menlyn.
