To oversee the conversion of skills needs into learning programmes, in order to elevate the quality of learning design and the programme impact on business performance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute towards the company Learning and Development strategic planning process, and develop as well as manage an operational plan.
Execute the company Learning and Development Strategy by designing innovative and performance-impacting learning solutions in response to strategic workforce plans.
Manage quality, facilitate delivery of the divisional outputs, clarify roles and responsibilities, and optimise and manage resources.
Manage the sourcing, design, development, administration and implementation of digital learning solutions in support of the learning and development strategy within the company.
Manage a team for optimal output and strong teamwork.
Develop own team in identifying and interpreting client needs to ensure relevant and fit-for-purpose learning delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

An Honour’s degree (NQF8) in Education, Change Management, Organisational Development or an equivalent qualification; and
8–10 years’ experience in a learning and development environment, with solid track record of team management.
