Our client in the Aviation Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Manager Organisational and Skills Development, to be based in the Midrand area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

NQF level 7 HRM / Industrial Psychology qualification
Post graduate Degree in Social Sciences/Industrial Psychology will be ideal
Valid Driver''s License
5 years'' experience in OD and Change Management
5 years'' Management experience

KPAs:

Develop and implement an organizational development intervention that will support the implementation of the Human Capital strategy
Analyse processes and procedures from a people and performance point of view
Develop and implement OD interventions and programs
Implement succession management
Manage and maintain Skills Development Committee
Comply with PFMA Budgeting requirement
Ensure correct supply chain processes are followed when procuring goods and services
People Management
Project Management
