JOB SUMMARY:
To manage the overall security monitoring, governance and compliance assessment programme for Group Security in the Group Security Management Department (GSMD) of the company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the physical security assessment programme and related services to ensure that the company Group's security readiness is appropriately assessed.
Manage the company Group Security compliance function to ensure alignment with relevant legislation as well as the internal policy and governance framework.
Manage company Group Security investigations and support the investigations governance framework.
Manage the company Group project security office in order to mitigate security risk in the procurement, recruiting and project management processes of the company Group.
Ensure that company Group security policy, standards and governance processes are managed.
Ensure that company Group integrated security risk reporting processes are managed and coordinated.
Analyse and provide management information with regard to overall security readiness, governance and compliance assessment programmes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s degree in Security, Security Risk Management (NQF 7) or an equivalent qualification; and
Ten years’ working experience in security, compliance and security risk management (preferably with experience in the financial services and cash management sector, with at least five years’ experience in a management capacity.
